Medium of Instruction

Medium of instruction in the school is English. Bengali is the second language up to Secondary level, Hindi, being the third language is taught from V to VIII Standard and Sanskrit as an optional language offered to the VI to VIII standard students.

Curriculum
The school provides a complete course of studies in preparation for the Secondary and Senior Secondary Examination of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), New Delhi. Co-curricular activities like Games & Sports, Music, Art & crafts etc. attract the young minds. students are also provided with Physical Education, Health Education and Environmental Education. 
Religious and Value Education
The students are made acquainted with the perennial religion - 'Sanatana Dharma' as advocated by Sri Ramakrishna, Sri Sarada Devi and Swami Vivekananda. The institute relies on the potency of a favourable environment for gently drawing the minds of its boys towards our national ideals of renunciation and service, simple living and high thinking and living for others. In the institute, the students find themselves in an atmosphere where moral and religious traits of character grow imperceptibly. Indian Culture and Moral Values are taught in all the standards, running from Class III to Class XII to promote value-based education among the future citizens of India.

Monday to Saturday: 10:10 to 3.45 PM
Wednesday: 10:10 to 1:00 PM
Prayer: 10:10 to 10:15 AM
Classes start: 10:15 AM
Long Recess: 12:15 to 1:00 PM
Short Recess: 5 min. between 5th& 6th period
School Uniform

Classes III to V: Navy-blue half pants (except winter) with two side pockets and white shirt with single pocket on the left side.
Classes VI to XII: Navy-blue full pants with two side pockets and white shirt with single pocket on the left side.
Shoes: Black leathered shoes.

White PT Shoes on every Saturday for PHE classes.

Winter Dress: Navy-blue coloured full/half sleeves woolen sweater and Navy-blue coloured muffler.
Apron: Navy-blue coloured apron is compulsory for Chemistry Lab. works for Classes XI-XII students.
Student Identity Card is compulsory with uniform
